I am far too young to feel the way I do and the only person that can do something about it, is ME! I am going to discover some of our beautiful waterfalls here in Ontario & I plan to also, hike the Bruce Trail from end to end. In doing so, the "me" that is truly inside will show herself. I am NOT this heavy person that you currently see...I am a healthy, vibrant woman! I am going to take care of my body, I owe it my life.
